{"id":20631,"date":"2021-11-05T12:17:43","date_gmt":"2021-11-05T11:17:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.coolinmilan.it\/newcool\/?p=20631"},"modified":"2021-11-05T12:17:43","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T11:17:43","slug":"dieta-vegana-benefici-e-svantaggi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.coolinmilan.it\/newcool\/dieta-vegana-benefici-e-svantaggi\/","title":{"rendered":"Dieta vegana: benefici e svantaggi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Negli ultimi anni si \u00e8 assistito al diffondersi, a livello mondiale, del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coolinmilan.it\/newcool\/i-12-nuovi-gelati-da-provare-assolutamente-questestate\/\">veganismo<\/a>, un movimento che propone l&#8217;adozione di uno stile di vita basato su risorse non provenienti dal regno animale.<br \/>\nQuesto movimento dona tantissimi benefici al nostro pianeta, come un maggiore risparmio di acqua, la riduzione di emissioni di gas serra e il minor utilizzo di terre fertili.<\/p>\n<h2>Lo scopo etico<\/h2>\n<p>Pur non intraprendendo iter spirituali che necessitano la privazione di questi\u00a0alimenti, molti vegani scelgono di privarsene a scopo puramente &#8220;etico&#8221;.<br \/>\nAlla base della dieta vegana \u00e8 quindi presente un forte rispetto verso tutte le forme di vita, che estende il &#8220;diritto alla stessa&#8221; anche verso le creature del mondo animale.<\/p>\n<h2>I vantaggi<\/h2>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coolinmilan.it\/newcool\/dieta-e-influenza-consigli-su-cosa-mangiare-e-cosa-evitare\/\">dieta<\/a> vegana si avvale di una scelta alimentare orientata totalmente sui prodotti di origine vegetale e pertanto prescinde da ogni rischio in qualche modo legato all&#8217;abuso di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coolinmilan.it\/newcool\/milano-restaurant-week-festa-del-cibo-con-prezzi-speciali-nei-quartieri\/\">cibi<\/a> derivanti dagli animali.<br \/>\nSi tratta per lo pi\u00f9 di &#8220;malattie del benessere&#8221; (dislipidemie,\u00a0diabete mellito tipo 2,\u00a0ipertensione,\u00a0iperuricemia,\u00a0coronaropatie\u00a0ecc) associate a\u00a0sovrappeso\u00a0e\u00a0sedentariet\u00e0.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF; Favorisce il malassorbimento dei pochi principi nutritivi introdotti.<\/p>\n<p>Il rischio cardio-vascolare associato alla dieta vegana \u00e8 senz&#8217;altro minore rispetto ad una dieta tradizionale contenente grassi animali saturi e colesterolo.<br \/>\nCi\u00f2 non toglie che tutte le altre carenze del caso aumentino significativamente il rischio altre complicanze nutrizionali.
